Interview 4 Questions

1.) How many years have you been working in the fire field? Are you use to constantly going on emergency calls every time in the day?
2.) Do you snap easily at the other firefighters because your already tired from the constant calls?
3.) What kind of attitude should you have and give towards your fellow firefighters since all of you are always together?
4.) Have you ever been so fed up with another firefighter sleeping in the same department with you? Was there constant bad attitude towards both you?
5.) How much thought did you end up giving yourself to think about this career?
6.) Being in the department for numerous of days, have you ever thought in any concerns that this job wasn't you? but then soon realized you just had to get used to the fire department?
7.) Are there any bad reasons of why you dislike staying overnight in the fire department?
8.) Have all of you calls that you get been 100% emergency calls?
9.) Has there been a call that you couldn't handle before?
10.) From a rating from 1-10 how many times do firefighters see deceased bodies in their emergency calls yearly?
11.) Do these emergency calls effect you and your team emotionally?
12.) Are you planning on answering emergency calls 24/7 until you retire? Or is there another goal you want to accomplish?
13.) From where your standing right now, are you planning to rank higher on your position?
14.) How much dedication time did you put in your years in the beginning of trying to get hired? Were you certified as an EMT?  Any science college classes?
15.) Did you think you become a more efficient firefighter if you took your four year degree in fire science or fire association?
16.) Were you a fire explorer when you first were training or did you just sign in for volunteer time in the fire departments?
17.) Do you believe being a fire explorers gives all of the common training and studying the fire explorers get?
18.) Being an explorer I've noticed since the first day all firefighters consider themselves as one family, do you think Integrity and Pride is the biggest part of being one? Do you think the explorers helps on being closer to one another?
19.) Being in the service for years, how do you stay motivated and giving your full strength everyday as a firefighter?
20.) Do you think there are more disadvantages of being a firefighter than advantages? Can you explain to me what kind of disadvantages...
